We want to reassure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak situation closely and following the guidelines of the global and local health authorities to ensure that we are prepared to address the current circumstances. Our main priority continues to be the wellbeing and safety of our guests and team members at all times.

In this sense, we are taking maximum precautions in our hostels, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization and the health experts. All our team members have received specific guidelines, and enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures have been put in place across all properties, aiming to provide safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues.

Through an exclusive agreement with International Medical Services, we guarantee 24-hour medical assistance with multilingual doctors, and if necessary, ambulances and preferential assistance in hospitals, by back-charge to the patient’s international medical insurance.

This service is not valid for clients of Spanish nationality who are already covered by the national Public Health network or their own private medical service in Spain.
